I'm an arts and culture strategist whose work connects community engagement, cultural diplomacy, and cultural policy. My Moldovan and Cape Verdean heritage, with roots extending to Ukraine and Angola, informs a practice shaped by movement across languages, histories, and cultures.

During nearly a decade at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, I led work across equity programs, audience development, culturally specific programming, multilingual representation, and cross-cultural partnerships. My international practice includes collaborations and programs with cultural institutions and creative communities in Moldova and Ukraine.

Through my work, I explore how cultural institutions can evolve with greater care, relevance, and imagination in a changing world.
